Duck Lau has been serving the music industry as a professional musician, composer and producer since he won the Best Song Award at the 7th CASH Song Writers Quest in 1994.

Duck has worked with numerous major Chinese artists such as Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, Leon Lai, Aaron Kwok, Sammi Cheng, Kelly Chen, Coco Lee, Eason Chan, Hacken Lee, Hins Cheung, Joey Yung, Miriam Yeung, Elva Hsiao, Andy Hui, Jeff Chang, Dave Wong and Karen Mok... and many more.

Duck's repertoire is characterized by diversity, comprising not only Canto ballad but also R&B, techno, house, hip hop, trip hop etc. As a composer, lyricist, and producer, Duck has written and produced hundreds of songs for the Chinese-speaking population.

Duck is also a professional singer and has performed in countless concerts as a backing singer, vocal director and arranger, and has also recorded well over a thousand songs as a background vocalist.
